One of the most iconic and legendary models the Ferrari carmaker has ever built, the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO model, has been recently put for sales for exactly $38,115,000.
The classic supercar market is highly profitable these days, as the most famous vintage cars ever built by famous carmakers, are put for auctions for huge money.

This is also the case of this superb 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO, which went for an auction, during the Binhams sales, at the Quail.

Unfortunately, the supercar couldn’t meet some requirements and failed to be sold, remaining thus one of the most expensive cars ever to become available for sale.
But just last year, another Ferrari 250 GTO, 1963 year model, was sold for the amazing $52 million, in a private sale.
The Ferrari 250 GTO was produced for a short period of time, between 1962 and 1964, coming out of the factory in just 39 units.
The iconic 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO was designed by Giotto Bizzarrini and Sergio Scaglietty, coming in a two-door coupe style, front-mid engine and a drive layout to the rear wheels.
