Audi will launch at the Beijing Motor Show the next generation of A8 L. In the first phase, it will have a 6.3-liter W12 capable of producing up to 500 horsepower. After the new generation Audi A8 was presented at the Geneva Motor Show, is now the turn of the older brother A8 L to debut at the Beijing Motor Show.

2011 Audi A8 L

Audi A8 L comes to Beijing with a 6.3-liter W12 engine that is capable to produce 500 horsepower and to develop a maximum torque of 625 Nm. German sedan will have an automatic transmission with eight reports and four-wheel drive quattro system. Regarding the performances of the Audi A8 L, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and top speed that can be reached is 250 km/h.

2011 Audi A8 L

When the will be launched, W12 will be the only engine available for the German model, following in the near future Audi to introduce diesel and other petrol units. Audi A8 L is different from the standard model by the enlarged size. Thus, the model measure 5.334 cm in length and wheelbase has increased to 3.121 cm.
