Chrysler is seriously scrubbing the bottom of the idea barrel in what to bring out for a new motor show and since their pipeline isn’t the most generous one around, we might as well consider their exciting new special editions.
The latest of which are tailored for the 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 muscle car and its more practical brother the 2012 Dodge Charger sedan, in SRT8 edition.

It’ll be these two cars that are going to get a new custom painted limited edition under the very popular Super Bee and Yellow Jacket brands.
New 20 inch wheels are the first to tell the story of difference aside from the paint finish but there’s a few other details that stand out on the matter.

There’s the bad stuff like the hideous yellow stitching on black leather inside and there’s the very pleasant stuff like redesigned lips, decklid spoilers, pinstripes running down the side of the car and even the black version looks good.
There’s plenty of stuff to consider in terms of specific Chrysler branding here, especially as there’s an SRT badge with a 3D helmeted bee mascot that’s almost decent looking.

While technically there’s no actual upgrade here, it would be very nice to see these two special editions share a common goal in getting that enormous 6.4 liter Hemi V8 engine under the bonnet of the Charger.
