The American company will be delivering their handsome SUV/off-roader to UK buyers in two trim levels, each with very different personalities to consider.

Sporting a price tag of £58.995, roughly 91.000 dollars, the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 and stars a brand new 6.4 liter V8 engine.

On the calmer side, the Overland Summit edition brings some more luxury to the party and a smaller engine.

It’s powered by a 3.0 liter V6 diesel engine and serves up 237 bhp at 4000rpm and 406 lb-ft of torque at just 1800 rpm.

Obviously, speed and performance is not key here, but the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit edition. The fitting of 20 inch alloys, satnav, leather covered dashboard and real wood trim make up the standard luxury feel.

Finally, the Overland offers up heated and ventilated Nappa leather seats and a heated steering wheel. The price for this version of the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee will set you back £44.795 in the UK.

That’s roughly 70.000 US dollars and while some Americans would be disappointed with this price, this is more than decent for Europe, when we’re talking about this level of luxury or performance.
