Here it is! The 2013 Audi R8, a model which receives a facelift including few cosmetic improvements, a new transmission and also a V10 Plus variant which is more powerful than the standard supercar.
To begin with, the exterior look is improved thanks to a new front grille, revised front bumper and LED lights.
In the rear we find a reworked bumper, new LED lights and diffuser but also new air vents. Entering the cabin you will find new Nappa leathet seats, revised shift paddles and instrument cluster while the door panels receive leathet trim too.
The German company offers the 2013 Audi R8 with the same engine range including the 4.2-liter V8 offering 424hp and the 5.2-liter V10 producing 518 horses.
As mentioned above, there is a new transmission, namely a seven-speed S tronic dual clutch gearbox, but also a more powerful variant of the Audi R8 Coupe.
We talk about the R8 V10 Plus, a model powered by a 5.2-liter V10 able to deliver 542hp and 540Nm of torque.
If the V8-powered variant sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 4,3 seconds and hits a top speed of 300 km/h, the range-topping V10 Plus completes the 0-100 km/h in just 3,5 seconds with a top speed of 317 km/h.
Audi prices the new R8 from €113,500 (V8 Coupe), €124,800 (V8 Spyder), €154,600 (V10 Coupe), €165,000 (V10 Spyder) and of course, the Audi R8 V10 Plus at €173,200.
