2013 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 unveiled
Ford’s Shelby GT500 is the ultimate pony car. It offers up incredible performance, remarkable figures and all for quite the price tag.
It is very low, considering the performance, but it’s by no mean a price tag that has anything to do with the original idea of a muscle car.
On the brighter side, the less powerful, smaller engined Mustang is now getting so powerful it could actually be bought by people who aren’t rental companies.
This stands particularly true for the GT350 version of the Mustang which happens to have a Shelby badge on it.
Granted, it’s a limited edition of which no more than 350 units will be produced for this model year, but given what you get and the pricing option it might be worth scrambling for.
With the naturally aspirated V8 the Mustang GT350 is actually going to cost $26.995 while the option of a supercharger takes that up to $33.995.
That naturally aspirated 5.0 liter V8 produces 525 horsepower or nearly 100 more (624) when it comes to force feeding it.
Just to make sure people know what sort of car you’re driving Shelby will post their traditional racing stripes along the top and side of the car.
Unlike previous versions of the car, we are getting to see some updated color list options. Whereas there was a very restricted pick of colors in the past the list now includes an extra 8 options.
These are Sterling Gray Metallic, Candy Red Tint Coat Metallic, Grabber Blue, Gotta Have It Greed, Deep Impact Blue Metallic, Performance White and Blac, Ingot Silver Metallic and Race Red.
