Nissan officially presents the 2013 model year Versa, a sedan which enters the U.S. market with a starting price of $11,990.
The base Nissan Versa S comes with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine capable to deliver 109 horsepower and 107 lb-ft of torque.

The four-cylinder engine is linked to an Xtronic CVT for a fuel economy of 40mpg (highway). The new underbody air deflectors, low-rolling resistance tires and rear spoiler help the Japanese model to get better fuel consumption figures.

There is also the S Plus trim level which adds a premium audio system, cruise control and a revised steering wheel.
