Chevrolet has finally unveiled the top of the range version of the new Silverado, and it’s called the High Country.

Set to be released upon the world this fall, the 2014 Silverado High Country is a beast clad in chrome.

Under the hood, it comes standard with 5.3 liter V8 EcoTec3 engine, but for those desiring more power, they also have the option of a 6.2 liter V8 EcoTec3. Technology like active fuel management, cylinder deactivation or continuously variable valve timing comes in either variant of the V8.

The outside sports a lot of chromed elements like the grille, door handles or mirrors. The bumpers are the same color as the rest of the body and the car sits atop 20 inch chrome alloy wheels. Inside the Chevrolet Silverado High Country has saddle brown upholstery, heated and cooled front seats, a Bose sound system and Chevrolet’s MyLink system with 8-inch touchscreen display.

There are also a lot of options, like an integrated trailer brake controller, chrome rear bumper with CornerStep, driver alert package, heated steering wheel, adjustable pedals and a rear seat entertainment system.
