Some time ago, we saw the Mercedes-Benz GLA AMG concept version in Los Angeles, through some leaked photos and a few info about the car. Now, the car version is live at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show.

At a first glimpse, the new GLA45 AMG comes with a black, white and red graphics package, sitting low and offering a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, developing 335 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque.

Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG has a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and a standard all-drive wheel. Another impressive feature is its Curve Dynamic Assist system that keeps the car on the roads in tight corners.

Other features include a Race Start function for faster getaways, making the car run from 0 to 60 mile per hour in just 4.8 seconds, large pipe cross-sections for the AMG sports exhaust system, two rectangular chrome-plated twin tailpipes, exhaust vane, sports suspensions and AMG high-performance braking system.

AMG options are also available for the interior of the GLA45 AMG, which might be the performance steering wheel in black nappa leather, as well as carbon fiber trim, leather upholstry in crystal gray, nut brown, black or black “Red Cut design”.
