The lovely Mazda2 Sedan has been recently unveiled at the 2014 Thailand Motor Show, where will also hit dealerships in a world premiere, while in Europe and Australia, the model will arrive perhaps at the beginning of next year.
I have always loved Mazda models, past and present, as they have always managed to come with that particular Japanese based technology that would make them extremely fuel efficient and with high-performance.
The technology involved under the hood, refers to SKYACTIV-D configuration fitted on the 1.5-liter diesel unit, which will make it extremely cheap in terms if fuel consumption. The unit develops 105 horsepower and 220 Nm of torque.
As far as the visuals go, the Mazda2 Sedan will feature the already famous Kodo design, also present on the Mazda3 and Mazda6, while inside, the model will get the MZD Connect infotainment system, dynamic stability control system, active driving display and much more.
More details on the Mazda2 Sedan will be announced after the official release in Thailand later on.
