Toyota officially unveiled the 2014 Tundra pickup truck at the Chicago Auto Show, a model which is scheduled to hit the U.S. dealerships later this year, namely in September.
Even pricing figures are not available yet, we know that the Japanese model will be available with three engines.
The base model uses a 4.0-liter V6 producing 270 horses while a more powerful 4.6-liter V8 with 310 horsepower is available as well. On top of the range is a 5.7-liter V8 powerplant offering 381 horsepower and 543Nm of torque.
In terms of styling, the 2014 model year gets new 18- to 20-inch alloy wheels, chrome grille, a new tailgate and spoiler.
Inside, you will find new seats, a revised instrument panel, a 12-speaker audio system and a new infotainment system. Satellite navigation, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Blind Spot Monitor are also standard features for the new Tundra.
