The 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe was revealed today at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, marking the car manufacturer`s first two-door coupe.

The 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe has the same platform as well as the wheelbase as the present ATS sedan, coming though with a wider track and a special bodywork, and being more conservative but less unique with its angular styling.

There are two engines equipping the ATS Coupe. We are talking about a 2.0 liter turbo four and a 3.6 liter V6. The V6 comes with a great 321 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque.

The new optimized turbo four, produces around 272 horsepower with 295 pound-feet of torque, making the car able to hit 60 miles per hour in just 5.6 seconds.

Both versions come with a six-speed automatic transmission, though the turbo four might upgrade the transmission for all-wheel drive instead of the usual rear traction.

Safety is first, and the 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe comes with the standard yet highly performance Brembo Brakes. Fans can upgrade the model for an optional FE3 sport suspension with Magnetic Ride Control, upgraded engine cooling or a mechanical limited-slip differential.
