I am not much of a Kia fan, but in a strange way, I was kind of attracted to a particular model that has been recently launched at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show. I am talking about the revised 2016 Kia Rio Sedan, the model receiving some slight changes at the body and inside, apart from the engine, which is the same as the previous model.

From an aesthetic point of view, the 2016 Kia Rio Sedan is now coming with the Digital Yellow and Urban Blue paintjobs, as well as a revised front grille with fog lights, amongst other things. The same slight tweaks also include the interior, where the cabin is now coming with some high-tech goodies.

The high-tech gizmos include the UVO e-Services system, the now premium center console with the piano black trim, or the lovely bezels surrounding the air vents, now being wrapped in satin. In case you want more, there is also the EX Designer Package available, meaning improved features.

Under the hood, the 2016 Kia Rio Sedan will use the same 1.6-liter four-cylinder unit, with a good 138 horsepower and 187 Nm of torque, when hooked to a 6-speed manual gearbox which sends the power to the front. Prices for the Rio Sedan model will be announced later on.
