The all-new Ford Mustang Convertible is finally here as the American company released first photos and details. At the exterior, the muscle car adopts new optical blocks, a sloping hood, large front grille, new alloy wheels and obviously a cloth top.
Ford claims that the new multilayer top is capable to protect the cabin from unwanted noise.
Under the hood, we find a total of three units starting with the base 3.7-liter V6 offering 300 horsepower and 365Nm of torque.
Next up is the 2.3-liter EcoBoost producing 305 horses and 406Nm of torque as well as the top-of-the-range 5.0-liter V8 with 420 horsepower and 528Nm of torque.
Inside, Ford continues to offer high quality materials including leather, different trim and accents and so on. The 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible is scheduled to hit the dealerships in the coming weeks. Pricing details will be announced very soon.
It’s nice but I still prefer the older mustangs.
