The Kia South Korean carmaker has recently launched the Kia Gee`d GT Line at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, after a first unveiling of the model, a couple of weeks ago. Even so, I particularly find this model very attractive.
The Kia Gee`d GT Line doesn’t promise much in terms of power, but the fine design and body style compensates. I am referring to some interesting and cool stylish components, like the LED DRLs, revised front and rear bumpers, the LED taillights, the GT side moldings, available for all three versions, the coupe, the hatchback as well as the wagon.
Inside the cabin, the Kia Gee`d GT Line will also sport the GT Line badges, while also tweaking white and black upholstery with grey stitching, USB and AUX, the aluminum pedals, the new start / stop buton and a few more.
Moving under the hood, the Kia Gee`d GT Line will get the 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine, developing 120 horsepower and 172 Nm of torque, while the higher 1.6-liter CRDI diesel unit will receive an updated 133 horsepower and 285 Nm of torque. All versions are hooked to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission.
The premium version can be also yours, as it will pack the same 1.6-liter turbocharged gasoline unit, which will output a good 204 horsepower. The Kia Gee`d GT Line will be launched this fall, with prices to be announced later on.
