The 2014 New York Auto Show is slowly approaching and the 2015 MINI Countryman is waiting to be launched starting April 16.
MINI has already announced that the fresh-new Countryman based on the 2013 Countryman model, will be ready to hit the event in April.
The updated 2015 MINI Countryman will be coming with some tweaks of its own, but with minor changes to the body resembling the latest Cooper Hardtop.
The 2015 MINI Countryman will also get the high-tech goodies found on the Cooper Hardtop, such as the fresh new MINI Connected infotainment system, electronic driver aids and the famous head-up display.
The 2015 MINI Countryman will be manufactured with the fresh-new BMW X1 crossover, riding on the German automaker`s UKL Platform. Under the hood, there will be a three- and four-cylinder units.
There will also be a fresh Countryman version to enter production somewhere in 2016 or 2017, since the aforementioned tweaks are the latest updates being put on the 2015 model, before the 2016 model up-ahead.
