Suzuki finally released pricing details for the new Vitara, a model seen in world premiere last year at Paris. Under the hood, Suzuki offers a 1.6-liter petrol engine delivering 120 horses and 156 Nm of torque.
A more frugal 1.6-liter diesel producing the same 120 horses but significantly more torque (320 Nm) is also available. A five-speed manual transmission comes as standard while a six-speed automatic can be ordered too.
The entry-level SZ4 model comes with 16-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, automatic air conditioning and rear electric windows. There’s also seven airbags inside, USB connectivity and a DAB radio.
The SZ-T trim level has larger 17-inch alloys, rear privacy glass and a navigation system. Next up is the SZ5 model with LED projector headlights, panoramic roof, keyless entry and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Adaptive cruise control is also available as well as suede seat fabric. The 2015 Suzuki Vitara starts from £13,999 and goes all the way up to £19,499. It will go on sale in the UK starting April.
