The Volkswagen Group has recently released a new gallery photo with the 2016 Polo GTI, as well as some fresh details about the lovely car.
The 2016 Volkswagen Polo GTI is the freshest model in the B-segment and comes with some interesting performance components, like the electronically adjustable dampers, the 6-speed manual version and a fuel consumption of 6L per each 100 km.
As optional, the 2016 Volkswagen Polo GTI can also be fitted with a DSG 7-speed, which will make it even more fuel efficient, burning just 5.6L / 100 km.
Under the hood, the 2016 Volkswagen Polo GTI will be equipped with a 1.8-liter four-cylinder unit, developing a good 192 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque, capable of sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds, at a top speed of 236 km/h.
The 2016 Volkswagen Polo GTI was officially unveiled at the 2014 Paris Motor Show and will be launched first in Europe in February, next year, but until more info will be revealed, just enjoy the photo gallery with the lovely model.
Looks very impressive for such a small car. 192 HP in a Polo! The electronically adjustable dampers should give a nearly perfect ride, and I’m glad that they still offer a manual transmission.
