The all-new 2018 Volkswagen Passat Alltrack Wolfsburg that was recently released in Australia, gives its Aussie customers the perfect balance between a genuine estate and a practical SUV-like car, with high-performance characteristics and impressive specs.
Unfortunately, the German-based carmaker will release the model in a limited-run of just 250 units, with prices to start from $54,990.
Performance wise, the model stands-out from the crowd with the same 2.0-liter turbo-diesel flat-four, which now produces no less than 140 kW and 400 Nm of torque. Unlike the European standard 140 TDI version, this one is paired to a six-sped dual-clutch automatic, enabling a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in a chill 8.0 seconds.
The special edition comes with top-notch characteristics inside, like the updated 9.2-inch Discover Pro touchscreen with gesture control, Piano Black center console, Active Info Display, two USB ports and so on. The whole interior looks and feels high-class with Black Nappa leather, Brushed aluminum dash inserts or Ambient interior lighting.
Besides the fancy and high-tech equipment, the model also offers plenty of cargo space inside (650 liters), which can be expanded to a total of 1,780 liters with the rear seats folded down.
At the exterior, the 2018 Volkswagen Passat Alltrack Wolfsburg is highlighted by LED headlights with LED daytime running lights, Premium LED taillights, as well as the 19-inch Albertville alloy wheels, which enhance the car`s aggressive look.
