The Japanese tuning company called DAMD is relatively well known for it’s tuning products that are as discrete as possible.
It makes sense to do things the way DAMD does, after all, you want to stand out from the crowd but you don’t want to do that by wearing an orange T-Shirt at a black tie dinner party.
So, DAMD have a good idea about tuning, and their latest product is a job for the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. The Mitsubishi Outlander is the company’s small crossover that’s also known in Europe as the ASX and in Japan as the RVR.
DAMD took the Outlander Sport and gave it an body kit that includes a front lip spoiler, a set of side sills, a new central rear apron, a slightly modified rear bumper and a roof spoiler.
All of these changes are minute and almost unnoticeable for the untrained eye. Naturally, the new parts come as standard with color coordination for your Mitsubishi Outlander. Still, if you want the changes to be more easily spotted you can order the optional matte black finish.
Moving on to the slightly more head turning of features, the DAMD edition Mitsubishi Outlander offers up a new set of alloy wheels sized at 19 or 20 inches and a sports exhaust that makes for a nicer meatier sound.
Went and test drove the 2011 Outlander Sport today, buying a white AWD model in the morning.
I will be putting this kit on, for sure!
Congrats on your purchase and the intention of customizing it like this.
