In a recent press statement, Italian car maker Ferrari has announced some interesting plans for the future.
It seems that for the next years, they will be launching a brand new model each year. So how exactly will that work for them?
First off, they were never a brand that would move massive numbers of vehicles, as most of their products are on the high-end of the market, and not many people can actually afford one. With so many new models planned, the manufacturer will keep each one capped at 7.000 units, in order to not dilute the brand.
This new plan will span over five years, and each model is estimated to have a four year life span. The new vehicle lineup to result from this expanding will sport V8 and V12 engines, and after they have run their course, M Variants might take their place. Should the occasion arise, one or two special editions will also be thrown in.
