The current competition between the world’s automotive giants is well and truly obvious but for the most part, they tend to keep it friendly.
When it comes to the eco-friendly aspect of the equation it seems that competition and CEOs are considerably more aggressive.

Just recently Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, spoke about the Fisker Karma and he wasn’t exactly complementary as he called it a mediocre product.
Once you open with this sort of comment, the punchline can only be worse and in this case we’re not talking about any exception.
Later in the discussion, the price of the Fisker Karma came into discussion and we all know that it’s not a low one so Musk spared none of the punches.

After all, when your rival (even if not a direct one) is in trouble, few people would not cash in on the events and the recent recalls are just gold nuggets.
There was even a bit of an attack at the way Henrik Fisker thinks about providing the market with more electric cars without a proper technical background.
Fisker’s reply was controlled and he only pinched at the way Tesla’s tech is still facing the dreaded problem of range.

Not having an extended range part to be concerned about is easy on Tesla but we have to admit that their Model S does strike a pleasant cord with reviewers.
It’s not exactly politically correct, but we have to admit that Fisker’s Karma doesn’t really have the best track record so far.
