The Ford North American based automaker has recently revealed the Edge model for the European market, at the 2014 Paris Motor Show.
The Ford Edge SUV is now officially unveiled in Paris and will hit its European dealerships somewhere in 2015.
The Ford Edge is quite the same with the overseas variant, sporting a stand-out front grille with sweptback headlights, including as well a plastic body cladding, refreshed dual exhaust system and a few more.
In terms of drivetrain, the Ford Edge will come with the Adaptive Steering System, Active Noise Cancellation system, while under the hood, the SUV will tweak an engine with two versions.
We are talking about a 2.0-liter Duratorq TDCi diesel burner, developing a good 180 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque in the first output.
The seconds output goes higher, churning out 210 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque.
Unfortunately, there are no news yet concerning the pricing details, but we should find out more in a couple of months, close to the SUV`s launch in its European dealerships.
