Jeep decided to unveil a special version of the Patriot SUV, a model which receives few styling tweaks at the exterior and interior.
The new Jeep Patriot Freedom Edition comes with a new dark red exterior finish, new Oscar Mike badges, military graphics and revised wheels. Inside, buyers get the same logos, restyled seats and new silver stitching.
Compared to the special edition with the same name unveiled towards the end of the last year, the new edition is based on the 2014MY Jeep Patriot.
The company says that 250$ will be donated to military charities for every units sold. The entry-level model uses a front-wheel drive system and starts at $21,795 with the four-wheel drive model being priced at $25,195.
The 2014 Jeep Patriot Freedom Edition is certainly welcome but we would like to see more styling tweaks and extra equipment for these special editions.
