With only few hours ahead of the long-awaited Geneva Motor Show, the South Koreans at Kia decided to officially unveil the GT variants of the Cee’d and Pro_Cee’d models.
Power will be provided by a 1.6-liter turbo engine offering 204 horsepower and 265Nm of torque. Thanks to a six-speed manual transmission, the 0-100 km/h sprint will be possible in 7,7 seconds with a top speed of 230 km/h.
Fuel economy figures are rated at 7,4 liters/100km (31,7mpg US) with CO2 emissions of 171 g/km.
On the other hand, the new Kia Cee’d GT and Pro_Cee’d GT come with LED daytime running lights, 18-inch alloy wheels, revised front grille, new bumpers and a dual-pipe exhaust system.
Inside, buyers will find high quality materials, alloy pedals and new sport Recaro seats.
