The Italians at Lamborghini decided to reveal official details on the Aventador LP 720-4 50 Anniversario, a model leaked few hours ago. As you probably guessed, Lamborghini celebrates 50 years of existence with this special edition of the Aventador supercar, a model which will be built in a limited series of 100 units.
Power is offered by a revised 6.5-liter V12 engine producing 720 horsepower, enough for a 0-100 km/h sprint in 2,9 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h.
At the exterior, the Aventador LP 720-r 50 Anniversario gains a new Giallo Maggio finish, new alloy wheels, matte black parts, larger air intakes, a revised rear spoiler and a new splitter.
Inside, buyers will get diamond-pattern stitching, leather upholstery, revised steering wheel, new trim and few other tweaks.
“The Aventador LP 720-4 50° Anniversario represents a new highlight of this globally successful model range,” adds the carmaker. Pricing and availability details will be released after the model’s debut at Shanghai.
