Land Rover unveils today a new special edition of the soon to be replaced Defender SUV, namely the XTech model dedicated to the British market.
To begin with, the Land Rover Defender XTech is powered by a 2.2-liter turbo diesel unit capable to deliver 120hp and 360Nm of torque, being coupled to a six-speed manual transmission.
The British company plans to offer this special edition on the three-door and five-door models with two (Orkney Grey and Nara Bronze) exterior finishes.
The XTech special edition also features LED daytime running lights, 16-inch alloy wheels, a body colored front grille, black headlamp surrounds and a new rear bumper.
Entering the cabin you will find embroidered logos on the headrests, new floor mats, a revised center console and also color matching heated seats. ABS, Electronic Traction Control, air conditioning and central locking are standard features on the Defender XTech edition.
“With a choice of the 90 Hard Top and 110 Utility Wagon, a range of standard options and accessories are available to add even more capability and character to this iconic four-wheel drive vehicle,” says the car maker.
UK customers should know that the Land Rover Defender XTech starts at £27,995.
