Lotus used to be that high-end brand producing extraordinary fast sports cars, but now, the carmaker is facing hard times, with just a bunch of models to enter production.

And what better way to keep things rolling than bringing back to life some of its exclusive models, like the Exige, for instance.

The carmaker has recently launched an updated version of the iconic model, named the Exige Sport 350. We are dealing here with a lighter version, which shed off around 50 kg, and coming with a revised body style and some new goodies in terms of mechanics.

The model comes with an extremely aerodynamic body, louvered tailgate, along with other tweaks that make it really appreciated. The car also comes with a lighter battery and lighter engine mounts, an updated center console with exposed gearshift mechanism, lighter HVAC piperwork and improved sound insulation.

The Lotus Exige Sport 350 is extremely stable in tight corners, thanks to the new and more precise suspension system, being fitted with the Lotus Dynamic Performance Management, with three driving modes: Drive, Sport and Race.

In the engine department, the Lotux Exige Sport 350 comes with 345 horsepower, sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, at a topping of 274 km/h. The model is available in the UK at a base 55,900 GBP.
