From the outset I’d like to say that it’s pretty difficult to try and make a Maserati GranCabrio look bad but this particular version is on a new scale.
It’s the stunning result of a collaboration between the Italians at the car making company we know as Maserati and the Italians at fashion market grabbing Fendi.
Maserati’s incredibly good looking convertible never had a problem turning heads but once it got past the design house it started to resemble something as sensual as melting chocolate.
Maserati and Fendi aren’t keen on handing over too many details before the official unveiling at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show.
That’s why all we know so far is that these cars are going to be turned special with a set of unique features, the following of which are listed as follows.
The Maserati GranCabrio Fendi is painted in a special 3 layered body color called Grigio Fiamma Fendi which is actually a dark gray paint with imprinted flecks of gold that create this sort of chocolaty effect.
Inside you’ll find special leather and wood trim in the cabin, yellow highlights inside and out, a leather luggage set that’s designed especially to fit in the trunk of the GranCabrio and, of course, all of the appropriate badging where necessary.
Predictably, it’s going to be a limited edition but nobody is telling us what numbers the Maserati GranCabrio Fendi will be produced in.
