McLaren declared just a couple of days back that they would be unveiling their new model supercar, namely the 650S, next month at the Geneva Motor Show.
The McLaren 650S might be regarded as something between the 12C and the P1, in the company`s lineup. At least this is what the leaked photos and a video really show us.
We might be looking at a completely revised MP4-12C, to resemble its flagship P1. That is not so bad, because the P1 is regarded as a better-looking car than the 12C.
As for the car`s cabin, the interior also seems to get some updates from its P1, but the main attraction might be the 650S`s power under the hood.
The name itself, 650 is a direct reference to its 650 metric horsepower output, for perhaps, the same 3.8-liter TwinTurbo V8-engine that is currently running on the 12C model.
We will just have to wait and see if the currently presented here 650C will replace the present 12C, or will just be the youngest sibling of the McLaren lineup.
