McLaren continues to promote the new P1 supercar with a new teaser, a video which reveals the British sports car warming up its tires on the circuit.
Still wearing a layer of camouflage, there is no doubt that the new McLaren P1 is a looker while we are sure that we will find enough power under the hood.
To be more precise, the new P1 will most likely benefit from the same 3.8-liter twin-turbo engine found on the MP4-12C. However, we expect a slightly better output of around 800 horses while a KERS system borrowed from F1 could be offered too.
Following to hit the market later this year, the new McLaren P1 will be clearly a limited edition model which means that the pricing will be quite steep.
According to initial details, the new P1 would cost somewhere around $1,2million which is quite a lot to be honest. Until we get a complete look at the new British model, let’s take a look at the official video above.
