As I’m sure many of you know, this year marks 125 rotations of the Earth round the Sun since Mercedes made their first car.
Believe it or not, the story is somewhat longer even than that but the most important part is that Mercedes is clearly on a celebration streak.
There was the whole F-Cell World Drive affair and even more down to Earth stuff like the 2011 Mercedes SL Grand.
Let’s face it though, for most of us, even the 350 version of the Mercedes SL is far too expensive let alone a special edition of it.
This must be why in a bump of celebratory spirit, Mercedes decided to offer a few of their cars for the very affordable sum of $71.95.
There is a catch attached to it and it’s to be seen in the size of the car which is now proportional to the size of the bill you get at a 1:43 setup.
That sum of money will buy you one of the exclusive model cars that are based on some of the most iconic vehicles Mercedes ever produced.
The list includes the 1886 Benz Patent Motor Car something you may know as the first motor car in history and it continues all the way to the present, a time when the 2012 Mercedes CLS popped up.
