Brabus revealed official details on the Widestar 800 kit for the 2013 Mercedes G65 AMG, a model which is scheduled to debut at the upcoming Qatar Auto Show.
Taking advantage of their experience in tuning Mercedes models, the new G65 AMG gets both performance and styling tweaks from Brabus. Under the hood, the 6.0-liter V12 engine is capable now to produce 800hp and 1,420Nm of torque, enough for a 0-100 km/h sprint in 4,2 seconds.
The German model is able to hit a top speed of 270 km/h but the limiter will let the driver achieve 250 km/h.
In terms of styling, Brabus offers new LED daytime running lights, new front grille, revised front and rear bumpers, side skirts and fender flares. A new set of large 23-inch alloy wheels with 305/35 R23 tires is available as well. Last but not least, the ride is improved thanks to the Ride Control system which is electrically-adjustable.
For now, we have no pricing details but we are sure that we will get all the important info after its official debut.
