Ever since Michael Schumacher suffered his accident back in the winter, we tried to follow the evolution of his recovery as best we could.
While the process was long and at times seemed hopeless, right now the legendary pilot is slowly and steadily recovering.
Still, while fans can take solace in this and stick by his side, not everyone is quite as dedicated. Rosbacher bottled water has already terminated their contract with Schumahcer, and possibly more companies will follow. Fortunately, Mercedes stated they will not change anything in the pilot’s contract and will wait for him to recover.
Daimler chairman Dieter Zetsche said that “we are pleased with the positive development” and “we hope fervently that it continues”. Right now, no additional news regarding Schumacher’s recovery were released, but this is expected considering the family’s wish for privacy. Surely if anything big happens, the media will find out.
