The British people from MINI released official U.S. pricing on the John Cooper Works GP, a model which arrives in the North American dealerships in a limited edition of 500 units.
Revealed today at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the new MINI JCW GP packs a 1.6-liter four-cylinder unit delivering 211 horsepower and 280Nm of torque.
Linked to a six-speed manual transmission, the British car does the 0-100 km/h sprint in 5,9 seconds before hitting a top speed of 241 km/h.
Standard features of the MINI JCW GP include 17-inch alloy wheels, new Thunder Grey metallic finish and xenon headlights. Inside, you will find an anthracite roof liner, new Recaro seats and piano black trim for the steering wheel.

Priced from $39,950, the new MINI John Cooper Works GP will reach the first U.S. customers in March next year.
