UK buyers will benefit from a new special edition of the Volkswagen up!, namely the Groove up! model.
It comes with several styling tweaks including new 16-inch alloy wheels, gloss black finish for the side mirrors and tinted windows. Inside, Volkswagen offers heated seats, an improved Fender audio system, Maps & More infotainment system and a revised steering wheel wrapped in leather.
Power is provided by a 1.0-liter three-cylinder unit producing 75 horsepower and 95Nm of torque. When linked to a five-speed manual transmission, fuel economy is rated at 60,1mpg UK (4,7 liters/100 km) with CO2 emissions of 108 g/km.
According to the carmaker, the new Volkswagen Groove up! is available in both three- and five-door configurations.
Pricing for the new Volkswagen Groove up! starts at £11,640 and goes all the way up to £12,015. If you place your order now, Volkswagen will deliver your car in July this year.
These are typical of the cars of the future design, all these recent 1.0-liter cars seem to a lot more visible on the roads which is understandable due to running costs, its crazy when you think of VW with classics like 1956-1959 beetle and now this. I’m keen to see the 5 door version.Do you know if this car comes with low-emission deals like the Peugeot iOn?
