The Japanese people from Nissan announced their intention to introduce a new special edition of the X-Trail model in the UK. We talk about the Platinum Edition, a special model which will be available in a limited run of 200 units with prices starting from £29,180.
According to the company, the X-Trail Platinum Edition is available only with a 2.0-liter dCi diesel unit able to deliver 170 horsepower. The four-cylinder engine can be coupled either to a manual or automatic transmission with fuel economy of 44,1mpg UK (6,4 liters/100 km).
Only few fine tweaks are available at the exterior while inside the Japanese manufacturer provides heated front seats, satellite navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, reversing camera and much more.
If you opt for the automatic transmission you should know that the pricing starts from £30,560. However, you have to hurry up as the model is offered in a limited edition.
“Platinum is a special kind of metal, offering both beauty and toughness. It’s the inspiration behind a new special version of Nissan’s X-TRAIL4x4,” says Nissan.
