The Germans at Opel officially unveiled the new Vivaro, a van which is going to be available in dealerships starting this summer.
At the exterior, the model gets a quite large front grille, revised optical blocks, a total of eleven exterior finishes, glossy black mouldings and chrome accents.

The model’s design is certainly a step towards the premium area even though we talk about an utility vehicle. Under the hood, buyers will get a 1.6-liter CDTI engine for an average fuel economy of just 6 liters/100 km or 47 mpg UK.

According to the carmaker, the new model will be built at the British plant in Luton and shares the same platform with the Renault Trafic.

“The new Opel Vivaro combines the functionality of a light commercial vehicle with the comfort and design of a passenger car,” says Opel.
