In recent years the French at Peugeot have pretty much made no actually exciting cars to sell to the public apart from the pretty RCZ Coupe.
Today we hear that the chaps over at Peugeot plan to do some updates from the RCZ and before anybody gets worried about the French ruining it there’s some good news.
The updates aren’t done to the sporty coupe in itself but to its a lot less interesting official accessory list.
At the back you can opt for a couple of redesigned exhaust tips (muffler included) with either an oval or round shape with prices running at just over 1000 dollars for either option.
If the exhaust is something you might actually notice on the car, when it comes to the rear diffuser, it gets really weird.
The Eibach suspension setup for the Peugeot RCZ is actually what’s impossible to notice especially as if we’re told it is an option available regardless of powerplant or trim choice.
Just in case you weren’t convinced about the less than impressive accessory list the Peugeot RCZ has to offer, it ends with an exclusively designed four-piece luggage set.
How much less glamorous can you get? I suppose that when your sports car is powered by a diesel engine it is easy to understand such a situation.
