The aftermarket specialists from the TechArt tuning division has done it again, this time managing to tune-up the Macan S Diesel SUV with an one-off upgrade program at the powertrain.
The Porsche Macan S Diesel hasn`t received any performance upgrades until now, when the TechArt tuning division, which is closely working with the Porsche carmaker, has managed to upgrade this diesel version of the already famous Macan.
We are talking about a power kit, which transforms this diesel version in a real monster, just by the push of a button from the Sport and Sport Plus controls.
Due to the optimized ECU program and the Sport and Sport Plus system, the 3.0-liter V6 unit is now outputting a good 296 horsepower and impressive 670 Nm of torque, compared to the stock 255 horsepower and 580 Nm of torque.
This makes the Macan S Diesel SUV sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.7 seconds, at a top speed of 237 km/h. No pricing details have been yet announced.
