The 2017 Seat Ateca SUV was officially introduced on the market at the beginning of the year, with the Spanish model to take its piece of the SUV market, with an appealing yet bold appearance and interesting engine lineup.
But in case you don’t want to settle down with the regular Ateca version, you should know that the Spanish carmaker has also introduced a brand-new version in the shape of the Ateca X-Perience, which offers its clients the latest driving experience and a whole lot of safety gizmos.
In the engine department, the regular Ateca comes fitted with a wide range of engines, like the 1.6 TDI with 115 HP, the 2.0 TDI with 150 HP and 190 HP, as well as the 1.0 TSI with 115 HP and the 141 TSI with 150 HP, all hooked to a manual or a dual-clutch DSG transmission.
On the other hand, the Seat Ateca X-Perience adds the 2.0-liter TDI-liter engine with a good 190 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque, hooked to the seven-speed paddle-shift DSG transmission.
The SUV`s main attributes are the plethora of features that make it extremely high-performance on all kind of road conditions, especially on off-road situations.
We are looking here with the 4Drive traction control or the Haldex four-wheel-drive system, as well as the Hill Descent Control system with three modes – Normal, Sport and Eco. At the exterior, the SUV comes with off-road capabilities, like black wheel arch mouldings, non-scratch paintwork, higher ground clearance as well as the 18-inch alloy wheels.
