Suzuki comes again in the attention of UK buyers with a special edition of the Swift hatchback. The new Swift Sport SZ-R Edition will debut at the Geneva Motor Show and brings few styling tweaks.
To be more specific, Suzuki offers a special Cosmic Black finish with Ablaze Red accents on the side mirrors, roof and rear spoiler.
Entering the cabin you will find special door sills, new floor mats, revised seats and also a refreshed steering wheel. Under the hood, a 1.6-liter petrol engine produces 134 horsepower and 160Nm of torque.
This is good enough to provide a 0-100 km/h sprint in 8,7 seconds with a top speed of 195 km/h. Even with these decent performance figures, the Japanese model is capable to return fuel economy figures of 44,1mpg UK or 6,4 lt/100km.
According to the carmaker, the new Suzuki Swift Sport SZ-R will be available in the UK starting next month at a price of £14,249.
