Just when we thought Tesla can’t make their Model S more attractive, they come out and announce a new warranty for the batteries.
Called the unconditional warranty, you have to really try to render it void.

Basically, unless you intentionally mess with the battery pack, take it to an unauthorized service or crash your car, you are covered. This warranty even covers improper maintenance or damage resulted from leaving your batteries on low charge for years on end.
This news come after Tesla announced they will provide any customer with his car in service with a top spec Model S loaner. Not only that, but even a valet is provided. So all you have to do is call in your malfunction and sit tight while someone else gets your car into service and delivers you a loaner.

And should the malfunction be battery related, a new pack will be provided free of charge with a capacity equal or better than the original pack. These offers show us just how well Tesla is doing, and you will be hard pressed to get any better customer service.
