For the customers unhappy with Golf’s size, VW offers the Golf Sportsvan. But for those who consider the regular van too boring, the Germans just presented the R-Line pack.
It is meant to transform the usual Sportsvan in a more attractive one, thanks to its many exterior elements and to the special materials used onboard. As you know, the R-Line pack is available for various VW models, such as Polo, hatchback and break Golf, Passat, Touran, Tiguan and Touareg. The division in charge with the design, Volkswagen R, prepared two different packages.
The exterior pack consist of specially redesigned front and rear bumpers, with still extensions, newly designed air intakes, R-Line logo in radiator grille and on the side panels, anodized silver roof rails, exhaust tailpipes trims in chrome and special dark-red tail lights. The exterior package only costs 1105€.
The second pack includes, besides the exterior features, some interior elements: “Race” design seat upholstery, inner side supports in “San Remo” microfibre fabric, new R-Line steering wheel covered with trimmed leather, other decorative inserts “Black Lead Grey” and aluminum front door steel plates with R-Logo. For the whole interior and exterior package, the sporty costumers must pay 1800€. The pictures below represent the interior of a Golf R, and we expect the interior of the Sportsvan R-Line to look very much alike. In addition to the R-Line package, VW suggests a new set of wheels, to match the sporty look. The options are 17 inch “Salvador”, or 18 inch “Salvador”, “Marseille” or “Serron”.
