Mazda is more confident than ever regarding the durability and high quality of its Mazda3 units and thought of an intimidating and surprising endurance test for the whole world.
With the 2013 IAA motor show coming up in Frankfurt this year, the Japanese car maker planned to make its entrance with Mazda3, which is expected to enter the show, through a special convoy.
Long story short, a group of brand new Mazda3 units equipped with a petrol engine of 120 ps and a manual transmission in 6 speed steps labeled SKYACTIV-MT, will drive 9.300 miles, from Hiroshima to Frankfurt.
Mazda announced it as an out of the box endurance test, with Mazda dealers, bloggers and journalists driving the cars through two continents and five countries.
Nevertheless, if we add to this formula the intention of keeping fans up to date by posting videos and photos over the internet, it sure looks like an amazing publicity tour as well!
Mazda fans have nothing to worry about, given the fact that the company is at its third attempt of this kind, the two previous ones proving as major successes.
