Not so long ago, the TVR was teasing a(nother) comeback via an image posted on their site.
Now the big news is official, and the new owner is Les Edgar, the brit who also brought back Aston Martin into GT racing.

Taken from the hands of Nikolai Smolenski, TVR will not “make the mistakes that have been made in the past.” And there were plenty mistakes in TVR’s history, as this isn’t the first time it went under and changed hands. Les Edgar also announced he had big plans for the car company, but he was not very particular.
The same is with the new model that Les claims will hold true to TVR’s heritage, but other than that, he was again tight lipped. The only other piece of information is the image on the website that now reads “Thunderous news! The distant rumble of rumor has turned to thunder and TVR is back in Britain!”
