You can think of the new BMW 2-Series Coupe as being the safest car in the world, after the IIHS just granted the car with the Top Safety Pick+ safety certificate, after the sports car has undergone the final crash tests.
The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has just issued the Top Safety Pick+ for the new BMW 2-Series, after the car ran a series of tests, within a small overlap, involving side and rollover tests and so on.
The crash dummy didn’t get injured as it was protected by the side airbag, while the BMW 2-Series Coupe was well-received due to its head restraint system and for the collision prevention assist, including the City Braking and other collision warnings.
TO be a reminder, the new BMW 2-Series Coupe will be coming available in three versions, namely the entry-level 228i version, coming from $33,050, while the xDrive all-wheel will cost $1,800 more.
The top of the line M235i will cost $44,050 for the rear-wheel system, while the AWD will cost more, which is around $45,850.
