The American off-road icon, the famous Jeep Wrangler has received a special treatment from the Vilner, the company that Jeep is collaborating whenever one of its cars need facelifts or other customized features.

Vilner was focusing on a two-door Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited edition back in 2012 when Jeep decided that it would be the right time to also make some important upgrades for the four-door version.

And Vilner did its job on the four-door Jeep Wrangler. With all that, this updated version was not quite well received amongst its fans.

Let`s take a look of the Wrangler`s updates.

We are first talking about a coat of black paint on the body along with brighter LED headlights, foglights and taillights. Also, the grille, mirrors, door handles and the fuel filler cap received some chrome layers.

An injection of brawn from the 20-inch wheels, makes the car spin faster, due to some power upgrades from its original 192 horsepower and 339 pound-feet of torque for the 2.8-liter engine to around 257 horsepower and 412 pound-feet of torque.

Inside, the car received a reddish color with cross-stitched crimson leather and Alcantara.
Other changes inside include metal parts being all painted in black with some chrome from here and there.

As already said, a lot of the Wrangler`s fans don’t agree with these upgrades, since they think that the car should have received larger tires but no other luxury-like body parts on the exterior.
