The BMW M5 Jahre M5 Special Edition is ending up in our news again in a new video, which showcases the impressive acceleration of the sports scar, reaching 300 km/h in just a matter of seconds.
The BMW M5 Jahre M5 Special Edition could not have sprint to the impressive milestone without packing the M Driver`s Package, which lifted the sports car`s from 250 km/h to 300 km/h.
The BMW M5 Jahre Special Edition is packed by an upgraded 4.4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine over the standard M5, which produces 600 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque, coming thus with an extra of 40 horsepower and 20 Nm of torque more than the present model.
The 4.4-liter unit is hooked to a seven-speed DCT dual clutch transmission, making the sports car capable of sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.9 seconds.
This is quite impressive performance, since the M5 Jahre Special Edition is rather heavy, weighing no less than 1,870 kg.
Enjoy the new video with the BMW M5 Jahre Special Edition reaching 300 km/h.
