A McLaren P1 replica was recently seen in the metal, offering an amazing look and fine design.
When we usually think of replicas, we see men in their secret garages working at some hidden projects. This is not the case, as the replica spotted was actually designed by the company automaker itself.
It concerns the P1 replica that McLaren has created for Forza Motorsport to present and promote the supercar at some events.
No performance specs were released about the P1 so far and we are not certain if the car actually functions.
As for the real P1 version, the car was made in just 375 units and all have been already sold out. The McLarren P1 is offered in a two-door coupe with mid-engine in the rear and rear-wheel-drive system.
The sportscar is powered by a 3.8-liter TwinTurbo V8 petrol engine, being backed-up by an electric motor. We are looking at a total 903 horsepower and massive 978 Nm of torque, produced by a 7-speed dual clutch transmission.
The P1 is specially customized to rival with its top predators the Ferrari LaFerrari and the Porsche 918 Spyder.
